How to stop being shy around men

Some women are shy around men and feel that it stands in the way of their getting into the sort of relationship they want. For example, if a woman is shy, she may feel that she can only date the sort of men who come to her since she is too shy to let the men she likes know that she’s interested in them.

Of course, in reality, shyness won’t stand in the way of you dating or being in a relationship with the right person for you. These things often find a way of happening on their own but that is a topic for another day.

Today, I’m focusing on women who feel their shyness stands in the way of having a broader, more varied life. So, in this video, I’m going to be talking about how to stop being shy around men.
