This blog is 1 year old today. I had been reading blogs and thinking about starting one for years before I finally began this one. I started a few blogs before this one but quickly lost interest. When I finally decided to start a blog, I promised myself I would maintain it for at least 3 months so I thought carefully about a theme and chose to focus on holidays which are a passion of mine.
I was worried this blog would join the list of other abandoned projects in my past so I’m pretty pleased I’ve been able to keep it up for a year. More than that, I’m pleased that people actually read this blog! At the beginning, I couldn’t even say “At least, my mother reads my blog.” because she never goes on the internet. A big part of those who read my blog are people I’ve never met in real life and I am grateful for that.
I hope to keep this blog going for as long as possible and to keep showing you new places or new ways to see the same old places so I hope you keep reading my blog and if there are topics you would like to see on this blog, please let me know.
