Picture Postcards: Senegal

I spent a few days in Senegal on holiday and had a great time.  Here are some pictures from that trip.

A view of Goree Island.

The Pink Lake in Senegal.

A statue near the House of Slaves on Goree Island.

This restaurant’s menu doubles as its interior decor.

Senegal is famous for its baobab trees.  This one was one of the largest I saw.

I loved this prettily-painted building I saw in Dakar.

The Atlantic Ocean.  I am pretty proud of this photograph.
